Park Apartments is a great place to live! As a graduate student I was nervous about finding an apartment in a college town that wasn't too loud or full of students. Park Apartments definitely provided us what we were looking for when it came to location, price, amenities and a quiet enviorment. We were also happy to find a a place that offered an all-inclusive rent option so we did nto have to deal with multiple utility companies. The staff is extremely helpful and the property is very well maintained! I would highly recommend Park Apartments to anyone!

I have lived at Park Apartments for almost five years and have throughly enjoyed my stay here. In my opinion, it is the best apartment community in Harrisonburg. It is quiet and the campus is beautiful. With so much land to walk, it is ideal for having a dog. The staff if very friendly and helpful and maintenance is always quick to attend to my needs. I would definitley recommend living here.

I have lived at Park Apartments for almost 8.5 years and cannot say enough good things about it. I have always been impressed with the prompt and hardworking maintenance staff. The employees in the office, as well as my neighbors, are friendly and helpful. The property is convenient to shopping centers and Downtown Harrisonburg while maintaining a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I enjoy the beautiful flowers and trees on the property as well as the large swimming pool. My parents come to visit often and they always comment on the cozy, welcoming vibe of the apartment. I can't imagine feeling more at home at any other complex in town.

Park Apartments has showcased their professionalism, their personal touch, and their caring hearts towards us since we first signed a lease with them. and now we are on our third year with them. They have become like our second family, as they have treated us with nothing by respect and understanding. The young ladies in the office, as well as the maintenance men, take their positions at Park Apartments very seriously as they always strive to make our living conditions the best they could be on a daily basis. They always think creatively about how things at Park Apartments could be better for the resident, and continue to make improvements like the addition of the workout facility, more pet stations, and a continual supply of free movies and popcorn to borrow from the office. As a growing family we have truly enjoyed our time here at Park Apartments.

Park Apartments has become my second home. The staff are so friendly, not only to me but to my guests as well as my dogs. They go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my apartment. Any issues I may have, they are taken care of very quickly. Park Apartments has made Harrisonburg my home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have lived here at Park Apartments for over a year and I love it! It is quiet and relaxing, I love the new fitness center that is on the property, the pool is very big and refreshing, it is convenienct to local stores, in walking distance of a church, and Sheetz to grab a bite to eat. Also Park has access to city transportation to ride a bus into town if desired. Everyone that lives here, including the maintenance guys and office personnel, are very friendly. I would suggest anyone to come live here!
